4. How We Use Your Data

5. AI Processing & Third-Party Services

To provide certain visual makeup effects, Gomarhum may share uploaded images with third-party AI services, including Gemini, solely for the purpose of generating or enhancing the requested output.

At present, uploaded images are processed for service delivery and stored by Gomarhum. They are not currently used to train AI models for future use. If that changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where legally required, request additional consent.

6. Sharing & Visibility

Users may choose to share one generated image or a set of four recommendation images with friends for rating or comparison. This sharing is initiated by the user. Once content is shared outside the app, its handling by third parties or external platforms is outside our control.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of Gomarhum are free, while others require a paid subscription. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the platform used to purchase them. Payment processing is handled by the applicable app marketplace or payment provider, and Gomarhum does not store full payment card details.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

User images and account-related content may be stored until the user deletes them, deletes the account, or requests removal, subject to any legal or operational retention requirements.

• Users can delete their account.
• Users may request deletion of their personal data.
• We may retain limited information where necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or technical backup cycles.

9. Security

5. AI-Generated Results

Makeup previews and recommendations are generated using automated systems and are intended for simulation and inspiration. We do not guarantee that digital results will match real-life makeup outcomes.

6. User Content & License

You retain ownership of the images and content you upload. However, you grant Gomarhum a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display that content as necessary to operate and improve the service.

7. Paid Features & Subscriptions

Some parts of the service require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, billing cycles, and cancellation rules may also be governed by the relevant app store or payment provider. Unless required by law or platform rules, fees already paid are non-refundable.

8. Sharing & External Platforms

If you choose to share generated images with friends or through external platforms, you do so at your own discretion. Gomarhum is not responsible for how third parties store, use, or redistribute content once shared outside of the service.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, interfere with platform operations, or fail to meet eligibility requirements.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
